Clarke Willmott’s debt recovery team ranked in Legal 500 2022

Our debt recovery team has been recognised in the 2022 Legal 500 guide, which ranks the best law firms and solicitors in the UK.

The team retained its Tier 1 ranking in the South West and Tier 2 ranking in London.

Partner Phil Roberts, who specialises in high profile and complex debt recovery matters, was named as a ‘Leading Individual’ in both the South West and London.

The rankings are largely determined by client feedback and testimonials for the team included ‘Great communication, a dedicated point of contact and a helpful service’ and ‘The speed and efficiency in which Clarke Willmott dealt with my case was exceptional’.

Kayleigh Cullis, promoted to Associate in the team in May 2020, received a number of positive comments in the guide, including: ‘Kayleigh Cullis is excellent’ and “Kayleigh Cullis was outstanding in her work. She made the whole process seamless and easy. I was told the prices that I would pay for the work to be undertaken, she was understanding of my position and took swift and effective action. I couldn’t have asked for better.”

Phil said: “We are delighted to have retained our Tier 1 ranking in this year’s Legal 500 guide. It is also fantastic to see such positive comments about the team from our clients.

“We are an industry leading team and have been operating for over 25 years. Our services range from high-volume, pre-legal debt collection to every aspect of litigation and insolvency action.

“We are proud of this excellent recognition which demonstrates our commitment to providing the highest quality advice and service to our clients.”
