Lawyers at national law firm Clarke Willmott have advised Bristol-based financial planning firm Brooks Wealth Management on its acquisition by Integrity365 Ltd.
Founded by Jeremy Brooks in 2006, Brooks Wealth Management is based in Westbury-on-Trym and is well known for its relationship-led approach.
London-based Integrity365 was founded in 2020 and now has £1.5 billion in assets under management.
A Manchester-based team at Clarke Willmott, led by corporate partner Ed Foulkes, acted for the seller along with paralegal Chloe Santiago and associate Aidan Clucas.
BPE Solicitors in Cheltenham acted for the buyer while Louise Jeffreys, managing director of Gunner & Co., was the broker on the deal.
Integrity365 CEO Matt Goy said: “We greatly admire the way Jeremy and Brooks Wealth Management work with their clients and their forward-thinking attitude that financial planning firms need to service client needs and adapt to change in this modern age.”
The acquisition adds to a series of recent deals completed by Integrity365, including MRIB, MacDonald Partnership, Hart Wealth and Peter Murray Financial Management, strengthening its adviser base and regional footprint.
