Requesting your own Will
We hold Wills at no cost to clients so you can be assured that your Will is safe and that no fee is payable for this service.
If you would like to review your Will or make a small change by a Codicil, please contact a member of our Wills team.
If you decide that you do not want us to retain your Will or it is no longer valid because you have made a new Will, we will need your instructions to release the Will to you, together with evidence of your identity. Please contact us on enquiries@clarkewillmott.com. It is important that you include your contact details including your full name and address, telephone number and email address. We will locate your Will and be in contact to confirm the required identification and authority documents.
Requesting a Will after the death of the Will maker
If the Will maker has died and you are an executor of their estate, please contact us on enquiries@clarkewillmott.com. It is important that you include your contact details, including your full name and address, telephone number and email address. We will also need the full name and address for the deceased Will maker and any other information you have about the Will. We will then contact you with the next steps.
If you would like assistance with the estate administration, please contact a member of our probate team or email enquiries@clarkewillmott.com.

Wills are held securely but can take approximately 7 to 10 working days to retrieve and send to the address that you provide from the date that we receive full information and identification documents from you.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 working days, confirm where any further information is needed and provide you with the contact details of the team member dealing with your request.
