Prior to this, she had over 20 years experience in Human Resources within a large multi-national FMCG manufacturing organisation. She has particular expertise in strategic HR, change management and employee engagement. As the HR Manager, Juliette was part of a large scale recruitment, redeployment and redundancy projects, the largest of which related to a complete factory closure and relocation to a new ‘Greenfield’ manufacturing and distribution site.
Took part in large job evaluation exercises utilising Hay Job Evaluation Methodology (2014 – 2016)
