Juliette Staunton

Juliette is a Senior HR Consultant and has worked for Clarke Willmott for over five years. Before that she gained over 20 years’ generalist HR management experience within a large multi-national FMCG organisation. Juliette is a chartered member of the CIPD and attained the CIPD’s post graduate professional qualification in 2003. She also has over two years’ experience as a trained Mental Health First Aider.

Juliette supports a wide variety of business clients on both a retainer and ‘pay-as-you-go’ basis, acting often as their HR representative and supporting them through all aspects of HR and people management. In particular she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in:

• drafting or updating Staff Handbooks and Contracts of Employment;
• supporting businesses through all of the stages of Recruitment Campaigns;
• conducting Investigations and supporting managers in Grievance and Disciplinary formal hearings and appeal meetings;
• supporting businesses in TUPE transfer processes and employee representative consultations, (supporting elected representative process, attending meetings, consulting with staff);
• guiding managers through re-structure and Redundancy exercises;
• developing and delivering a variety of Training Packages in employment and leadership topics; and
• supporting Employers with day-to-day advice on various HR topics, (e.g. holiday calculations, family leave rights, data protection requirements etc).
