He advises businesses on a wide range of commercial matters, drawing on extensive experience of supporting clients with both day-to-day legal issues and more complex strategic projects. Declan works closely with clients providing advice that is clear, relevant and aligned with their commercial objectives.

Declan’s practice covers commercial contracts, the commercialisation of intellectual property and data protection compliance. His approach is focused on helping clients operate effectively and in line with commercial goals while addressing commercial, legal and regulatory risk.

He has particular experience advising clients in the Technology, Green Energy, Sport and Retail & Leisure sectors, acting for a broad range of organisations from early-stage businesses to established national and international enterprises.
