Since joining the firm in 2024, Bethany has built experience in mediations, adjudications and court proceedings, advising on a broad range of issues.
Bethany has provided legal support in matters concerning extension of time claims, termination and contractual compliance issues, as well as disputes concerning design responsibility. She has previously supported clients with non‑contentious matters such as drafting and negotiating construction contracts, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
She acts for a wide range of clients, including social housing providers, developers, main contractors, subcontractors and private individuals. Her experience includes payment disputes, cladding and fire‑safety matters under the Building Safety Act, and issues arising under JCT standard form contracts.
