Louise supports employers, HR professionals and senior executives in all aspects of employment law.

Louise acts for employers and senior executives with a particular specialism in the banking and financial servicestechnology and media sectors.

Louise has particular expertise in dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims and is also experienced in breach of contract disputes involving bonus/commission arrangements, confidentiality and post-termination restrictions. Louise frequently advises on negotiated exits/severance packages (often high value and with a corporate aspect such as statutory appointments and shareholdings), the management of senior executive/board departures and team moves.

Louise also provides both clients and HR professionals with day to day strategic advice and support in relation to all employment queries from contract negotiations and recruitment through to the implementation of workplace policies, complex grievances procedures and performance management and/or disciplinary issues. She drafts and advises in relation to bespoke employment documentation to include director service agreements and consultancy arrangements and is skilled in advising in relation to restructuring, redundancy consultation and TUPE.
