Andrew has a commercial and pragmatic approach and deals with a variety of clients including banks, property investment companies, commercial owners/occupiers and private individuals. Andrew also assists with the property aspects of corporate transactions.

- Andrew has acted for several clients in relation to national portfolio refinances ranging in values from £5m to £25m including both straightforward security and more complex security arrangements. These instructions have been dealt with on a dual representation or separate representation basis.
