Millie advises on a wide range of commercial agreements, with particular expertise in public sector work. Millie trained in-house at a local authority, giving her a strong insight into the legal and practical challenges faced by public bodies.
Millie’s experience includes drafting and advising on high-value service contracts, grant agreements and collaboration agreements, as well as supporting clients with Freedom of Information requests and advising on data protection matters.
Millie has completed the Transforming Public Procurement accreditation with the Government Commercial College.
