Marc diligently advises a wide range of clients from SMEs and Start-Ups to larger businesses on various aspects of corporate law including M&A, re-organisations, shareholder arrangements, and corporate governance.
Marc is a Corporate solicitor with two years’ post-qualification experience and has had the opportunity to provide advice to a wide range of clients operating across multiple sectors from start-up technology businesses to directors of mature logistics companies.
Marc has a keen eye for detail but, also enjoys taking a step back to see the wider picture, which often leads to a more commercial and pragmatic approach to any work he is undertaking. Marc also enjoys taking the time to understand how a business operates, and the sector that they operate in, to grasp a deeper understanding of our clients and how we assist them in reaching their goal.
Prior to starting his training contract, Marc worked as a paralegal in Commercial Property for two years which gave him a strong foundation in understanding Commercial Property law. Since then, he has developed a keen interest in corporate transactions that include a property element, allowing him to develop further in both sectors.
