Paige assists clients following the breakdown of a marriage with matters including divorce, settling financial terms and arrangements for children.
Paige is a Solicitor in the family law team at our Manchester office working alongside Chris Longbottom and Emily Finn. Paige assists with private family law matters including divorce and associated financial arrangements, disputes involving children including internal and external relocation, pre and post nuptial agreements, separation agreements and cohabitation agreements and disputes. Paige has been involved with various complex cases including a Court of Appeal case whereby the team was successful in an opposition.
Paige carefully listens to the needs of her clients and assists the team in providing pragmatic and sensible solutions.
She completed her undergraduate law degree in 2020 and then went onto study the LPC/LLM at The University of Law. Paige joined Clarke Willmott in October 2020 as a paralegal before successfully obtaining her training contract in January 2024.
Paige has a particular interest in sports and combining that with family law.
Paige is a member of Resolution and is committed to ensuring that matters are dealt with constructively whilst supporting families to reduce conflict in disputes.
