Clarke Willmott advises on sale of Saxby Lodge Residential Care Home
Rich Eldridge, Kelvin Balmont and Hollie Blackwood Fisher advised on the sale of Saxby Lodge Residential Care Home. Saxby Lodge is registered to provide care for 19 residents.
Tim and Eileen McCarron owned and operated the home since 2001. Eileen said “Over the years, Saxby Lodge really has been a family business and we are sad to be leaving. However, having owned and managed the home for coming up to 20 years, we felt it was the right time to sell and retire. We are very grateful to Rich, Kelvin, Hollie and the Clarke Willmott team for helping us to sell Saxby Lodge”.
Rich said “We are delighted to have achieved a successful sale for Tim and Eileen. We very much hope they enjoy their retirement. This is a great start to 2021 for our specialist care homes team. This follows a busy 2020 in which our team advised on 9 sales, 3 purchases and 9 financings of care homes”.
