For those who use the Companies House Web-Filing feature, don’t forget to create your GOV.UK One Login if you haven’t already. 

From 13 October, the GOV.UK One Login will need to be connected to your Web-Filing account. To avoid additional aggro on the day you can create your GOV.UK One Login now. 

I created the GOV.UK One Login and it took a matter of seconds. 

Mortgage documents can still be filed without linking the two together. The move is being introduced to allow access to multiple Government services, through a single log-in, enhance security and align with new identity verification requirements.
