Lindsay is Head of our Housing Management team and jointly leads our Social Housing sector team. Lindsay was called to the Bar in 2000 and subsequently admitted as a Solicitor in 2005.
Lorna is an Associate in Clarke Willmott’s Housing Management Team in London. Lorna has extensive experience of working with social landlord clients having worked as an in-house lawyer for a local authority and for a registered provider.
Louise Goodwin is a Partner in Clarke Willmott’s commercial & private client litigation team, advising on all areas of dispute resolution from defamation and reputational management to encompassing injunctive proceedings.
A partner in the planning team with over 20 years experience of contentious and non-contentious planning law. Marianne understands planning “on the ground” and works with her clients to build their businesses and unlock potential roadblocks.
Matthew advises social landlords on contentious and non-contentious housing and asset management matters with a particular focus on housing conditions claims.
