Paula is a Senior Associate in the family Team specialising in complex divorce, financial remedy, and children matters, with a focus on achieving fair, pragmatic outcomes through both collaborative and court based solutions.
Samantha specialises in the administration of deceased estates with a particular focus on the complex estates of high net worth individuals often involving intellectual property, business and foreign assets.
Stuart specialises in complex actions on both an individual and volume basis including taking insolvency action against individuals, partnerships and corporate entities.
Tom advises at all stages of the business cycle, including company incorporations and reorganisations, shareholders’ agreements, acquisitions and disposals and fund-raisings.
