Oksana Howard, a corporate partner at top 100 UK law firm Clarke Willmott, has joined multi-disciplinary professional services network IR Global as its exclusive Private Equity & Venture Capital member in England.

IR Global is the world’s largest exclusive network of advisory firms, providing access to leading lawyers, accountants and financial advisers in 166 jurisdictions.

Oksana advises on cross-border M&A transactions, joint ventures, group restructurings and private equity/venture capital transactions and investments, as well as other corporate matters, frequently acting for overseas companies operating across multiple jurisdictions.

Her practice spans a variety of sectors, with notable expertise in technology, renewable energy, sport, hotels and leisure, education, healthcare and manufacturing. She has been recognised by The Legal 500 as a Leading Partner, acknowledging her expertise as a top-tier corporate lawyer.

Oksana also heads up Clarke Willmott’s dedicated Ukraine desk, which was launched to support reconstruction efforts in Ukraine. The Ukraine desk will assist UK companies seeking to invest in and work on various projects in Ukraine across key sectors, as well as assisting Ukrainian businesses and individuals looking to operate in the UK, by providing comprehensive legal assistance across a broad range of legal matters.
