Clarke Willmott has strengthened its national employment law offering with the appointment of Associate Imogen Templeman, who has joined the team led by Partner Louise Rogers in the firm’s Manchester office.
Louise advises employers, HR professionals and senior executives across all aspects of employment law, with a strong focus on the banking and financial services, technology and media sectors. She is recognised in the Legal 500 as a Recommended Lawyer and is noted for her expertise in dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing claims, as well as complex contractual disputes and high-value negotiated exits.
The addition of Imogen represents a significant step in the continued growth of Clarke Willmott’s Manchester-based employment practice. Imogen brings wide-ranging experience acting for both employers and senior executives. She has particular expertise in handling employment tribunal claims, negotiating settlement agreements, drafting bespoke contractual documentation and advising on disputes involving confidentiality and post-termination restrictions.
