Two new corporate lawyers have joined the Southampton office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP, significantly strengthening the team.

Marc Shevlin joins the firm from Russell-Cooke while Dean Outten joins from Isadore Goldman.

Marc brings a commercially astute approach shaped by his experience with SMEs, start-ups, and larger businesses, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and corporate governance. Dean complements the team with his extensive experience in M&A, share capital work, and corporate advisory, alongside a commitment to mentoring future legal professionals.

Kelvin Balmont, head of the corporate team at Clarke Willmott in Southampton, said: “We’re delighted that another two first-class corporate lawyers in the shape of Marc and Dean have decided to join our growing team.

“Our continued growth will help to attract new business and investment to the Solent, which is already one of the UK’s most dynamic regions.”
