Lawyers at national law firm Clarke Willmott have advised Acquisan, a provider of welfare units and site accommodation, on its acquisition of Just Welfare Ltd.
Cambridge-headquartered Acquisan was supported by Westbrooke Equity Partners in the transaction, its third in less than two years.
Just Welfare is based near Margate in Kent and is a leading provider of mobile welfare units and associated products to customers across Kent and the South East.
The deal is another milestone in Acquisan’s mission to build a UK network of welfare and sanitation services, following its acquisition of Welfare Unit Hire and Liberty Guard.
Kelvin Balmont, partner and head of the corporate team at Clarke Willmott in Southampton, led on the deal along with Marc Shevlin, associate. The pair also advised Acquisan on the Liberty Guard transaction.
