Stephen has specialised in development and social housing specifically for over ten years and has built up a wealth of experience and knowledge in these areas.

Stephen primarily focuses on the acquisition of dwellings for Registered Providers of Affordable Housing from House Builders and sites for residential development. However, Stephen has experience of all types of development transactions including joint ventures, affordable housing sales, Community Land Trust sales, funding, infrastructure, site setups and plot sales.
