Kelvin heads up the Corporate/Commercial and Banking Team in Southampton. Described by Chambers as ‘Highly responsive’ Kelvin advises companies and individuals on all types of corporate and finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, disposals, investments, finance and shareholder arrangements.

Kelvin has particular experience of acting for:

• Healthcare groups including care homes and day nurseries

Kelvin joined Clarke Willmott in 2004 and was elected as its chairman in 2020.
