Relevant experience:
- Acting for large national retail clients in the ongoing management of their leasehold property portfolios, dealing with lease negotiations, new leases, lease renewals and assignments.
- Carrying out due diligence on occupational leases on behalf of large shopping centre retail investors, flagging risks and reporting on salient terms.
- Advising businesses on the property aspects of corporate transactions including sales and acquisitions.
- Advising the trustees of a large charitable trust corporation responsible for over 100 properties on their portfolio, and dealing with their leases, acquisitions and disposals.
