Chloe Siniara is a solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham housing management team, advising and representing social landlords on all areas of housing management to achieve her client’s objectives.

Chloe qualified in July 2025, but has worked in the housing sector for over 8 years. Prior to joining Clarke Willmott, Chloe has advised tenants eligible for Legal Aid on complex housing matters across the Law Centres Network, non-for profit organisations and briefly in the private sector.

Before qualifying, she assisted numerous tenants in defending possession claims and anti-social behaviour injunctions, successfully raising Equality Act, Public Law and Human Rights defences, disrepair counterclaims and issuing Judicial Review proceedings against Local Authorities in homelessness cases.
