Marianne advises on all aspects of planning law

A partner in the planning team with over 20 years’ experience of contentious and non-contentious planning law, Marianne provides strategic planning advice. She specialises in complex Section 106 Agreements for major, residential led mixed use development schemes, both for PLC housebuilders and SMEs.

Marianne works for both private and public sector clients, in the context of brownfield, urban development (with experience in heritage issues, BSA requirements and BTR) and greenfield development (with experience in grey belt/green belt designation, flood risk, ecology constraints and Man Co arrangements) and generally in relation to scheme viability, BNG and CIL.

Marianne is based out of our London office and has worked on numerous large-scale urban projects in London that were referrable to the GLA.
