Jodie is a Chartered Legal Executive in our Commercial Property team, based in Southampton.

Jodie acts for lending institutions and borrowers on secured lending transactions ranging from lower-value loans to multi-million-pound deals secured against property portfolios for businesses and individuals, which are often time-sensitive and complex.

She also deals with commercial freehold and leasehold acquisitions and sales, as well as landlord and tenant matters.
