Lily is a solicitor in the financial services litigation team based in Bristol. She advises on a broad range of professional negligence and financial services disputes, with a particular focus on claims brought by private individuals in relation to negligent financial advice. Lily joined the firm in 2021 as a paralegal and qualified as a solicitor in 2024 following completion of the SQE.

- Extensive experience handling complaints through the Financial Ombudsman Service and Financial Services Compensation Scheme, including claims against financial advisers and pension providers arising from unsuitable advice and due diligence failings relating to pensions and investments
- Currently supporting a multi-million-pound claim concerning shared appreciation mortgages entered into in 1998
