Mandeep Kaur

Mandy is a property litigation specialist who advises on all aspects of commercial property disputes including lease renewals, dilapidations and repair, forfeiture, rent arrears, easements, possession claims (including adverse possession), boundary disputes and the Electronic Communications Code.

Mandy is an Associate in our Property Litigation Team with extensive experience in high-value, complex commercial and residential real estate disputes. She has acted for landlords, tenants, developers, retail and institutional clients.

Mandy deals with the litigation side of telecoms matters including the renewal of agreements and the removal of masts. Having trained at Eversheds and gained experience at CMS, Mandy joined Clarke Willmott in 2025 working closely with Kary and Henry in the Tribunal on telecoms litigation.

Mandy specialises in providing guidance and solutions across a wide range of property litigation issues such as commercial lease disputes under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 including opposed and unopposed lease renewals, forfeiture, rent arrears, dilapidations and repair, land rights dispute, possession claims and advising landowners on the removal of masts under the Electronic Communications Code.

Experience

• Successfully prepared and attended a mediation in a land rights dispute securing a favourable settlement.
• Assisted on a multi million pound rent review that proceeded to arbitration and an opposed lease renewal on grounds (b) and (f) which resolved in the client’s favour.
• Prepared court proceedings where a landlord had unlawfully withheld consent, resulting in a settlement.
