Claire is a Chartered Legal Executive Associate within the Home Sales team and has been a member of the team for over eight years.
Claire specialises in social housing transactions including staircasing, lease extensions, shared ownership resales, deeds of variation and right to buy/acquire, working with a number of national, regional and local social housing clients including Clarion, Peabody Trust, London & Quadrant Housing Trust, Sovereign and Housing Solutions.
Due to having a residential conveyancing background, Claire is able to advise all parties and pre-empt issues that may arise.

Claire specialises in second hand residential social housing transactions, in particular shared ownership matters.
Claire advises clients on a wide range of transactions especially in respect of shared ownership properties. Claire has extensive knowledge of the residential conveyancing process having previously worked in residential conveyancing for 14+ years. This has transferred to assist registered providers in their sales and purchases. As such, Claire is able to pre-empt any concerns which solicitors may have and deal with them at the outset.
