James is an experienced construction lawyer who drafts and advises on a range of construction contracts from inception to completion.
James has worked in the construction legal industry for over 15 years and has supported a range of clients with their construction contract requirements. His experience is very wide ranging having acted for clients in a variety of sectors, including in the education, entertainment, commercial, retail, engineering, house builder and healthcare sectors. He is also experienced in delivering construction contracts for Court of Protection clients for bespoke builds and refurbishment works and frequently acts for developers on multi million pound schemes and tenants requiring fit out contracts.
