Senga Howells is a solicitor in Clarke Willmott’s Southampton Housing Management team and deals with housing management related matters for Registered Providers, Local Authorities and private landlords. Her work includes dealing with a wide range of landlord and tenant litigation including injunction applications and possession claims, including non-succession, anti-social behaviour and sub-letting. Senga also regularly advises clients on non-contentious matters including policy and procedure.

Senga was closely involved in the case of Akerman-Livingstone v Aster Communities Limited (Formerly Flourish Homes Limited) [2015] UKSC 15. Senga was involved at each stage of the case from the County Court to the Supreme Court.
