Neelam Sharma, a partner in Clarke Willmott housing management team, has been appointed to the West Midlands Women in Social Housing (WISH) board.

She is excited and honoured at being a part of a 500-strong community of women housing professionals.

“WISH plays a vital role in empowering women in the housing sector by creating initiatives that foster opportunities, promote leadership, and drive positive change,” says Neelam Sharma.

“I look forward to contributing my experience to support its mission of driving meaningful progress and creating more opportunities for women in our industry.

“By working together, we can help shape a more inclusive and diverse future for women in housing.”

Neelam is based in Clarke Willmott’s Birmingham office and exclusively acts for regional and national housing providers, as well as local authorities, advising on all aspects of tenancy management issues. She brings more than 25 years of experience to WISH.

WISH is a networking community of encouragement and support for every woman, championing positive and beneficial outcomes for all within the housing sector. WISH passionately believes in connecting and engaging women across a whole range of organisations operating in the sector – both private and public.
