Clarke Willmott and the Bessemer Society encourage Technological Entrepreneurs at Manchester Event

We are pleased to announce our sponsorship of the Bessemer Society’s first conference, taking place at the Mayor’s Parlour state dining room in Manchester on the 28th September.

The event is the Bessemer Society’s first in Manchester and will focus on technological innovation as well as featuring guest speakers such as Sir Robin Saxby, former CEO and chairman of ARM, Nick Earlam of Plexis Cotton, and Howard Hopwood of Ilford Imaging.

The Bessemer Society are an organisation dedicated to sharing ideas on technological innovation in the fields of science and technology, and are named after Sir Henry Bessemer who invented the steel making process which carries his name.

The event on the 28th will aim to encourage participants to recognise the assets and value in the North West and to raise confidence in the region.
