Our HR consultants work closely with our employment solicitors to provide additional support to our clients. They work with our clients’ in-house HR teams, as well as with businesses who do not have an HR team at all, to provide an external HR resource.

HR audits

Our HR consultancy offers an initial full review of all your existing HR processes in the employee lifecycle from recruitment and induction to exits. We follow this with a risk report and a breakdown of HR projects required in an easy-to-read report. You can then choose to instruct our Employment & HR team to carry out the projects identified, as appropriate.
