  • Acting for Citizen/WM Housing Group’s £280m public bond issue. This involved preparing a certificate of title with associated full due diligence for in excess of 9,400 properties, all of which were placed into charge within 3 months of instruction.
  • Acting for a housing association in connection with Nationwide’s first ever ‘valuation uplift’ carrying out deed of variation to amend the stock transfer deed and due diligence on over 4,000 properties using project management skills and application of innovative AI and IT solutions to identify issues and find solutions proactively.
