Raihan qualified as a Solicitor in 2022. Working in the Housing Management team, Raihan deals with all aspects of housing management litigation including, injunctions, possession, succession, trespass and general tenancy management.
Raihan has a strong background and experience in civil litigation. Raihan has enhanced his skills as an Advocate in a wide variety of hearings and aims to reach the desired outcome for his clients.

Experience
- Obtaining interim anti-social behaviour injunctions following without notice applications as a result of serious anti-social behaviour. These have included obtaining Powers of Arrest and exclusion from the home/designated areas.
- Advocacy – Representing Landlords at injunction and possession hearings to include where Defendants in attendance with representatives.
- Drafting s21 notice, issuing Accelerated possession claim and obtaining outright order for possession.
- Drafting Notices Seeking Possession & claims for possession based on tenancy breach, anti-social behaviour and mandatory grounds.
- Drafting and representing the Landlord for anti-social behaviour injunctions.
- Drafting complex access and hoarding claims and representing the Landlord at the hearing obtaining the injunction order.
