Laura deals with a wide range of commercial property matters, including secured lending, freehold and leasehold sales and acquisitions, as well as landlord and tenant matters.
Laura works for a variety of clients, including banks and lending institutions in commercial property finance, alongside individuals and SMEs in relation to both freehold and leasehold transactions, as well as negotiating and advising on leases, options, and renewals.
Laura has extensive experience acting for banks and lending institutions in secured lending transactions, ranging from small‑value lending to multi‑million‑pound deals secured across property portfolios or development finance.
