Ellie is a solicitor in the commercial and private client litigation team, based in Bristol.
Ellie’s expertise includes will validity disputes, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, probate claims including applications to remove executors, applications for directions from the court, property claims including Landlord and Tenant matters, and ownership disputes, and applications under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996.

Ellie has experience in both resolving disputes through settlement negotiations and mediations and litigating claims to trial whilst thoughtfully advising clients throughout. She combines attention to detail with a robust approach to navigating complex legal issues in assisting clients through the contentious process.
Experience
Ellie started in Clarke Willmott’s Commercial and Private Client team as a Paralegal in August 2021. Since then, she has assisted the team on a wide variety of civil disputes.
Ellie qualified as a Solicitor via the SQE Pathway in May 2025 and continues to work within the team to assist clients in resolving their disputes.
