Catrin is a solicitor in the corporate team and works closely with business owners and SME clients to help them achieve their ambitions. Whether that is launching a new venture or or selling a business to comfortably step into retirement.
Catrin graduated from The University of Manchester with a First Class degree in Law. She joined Clarke Willmott in October 2022 as a paralegal in the corporate team and has been part of the team ever since. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2024.
Catrin deals with corporate transactional work including business acquisitions and disposals, re-organisations, management buy-outs and EOTs. She is also experienced in assisting with company incorporations, shareholders’ agreements and articles of association.

She has also supported clients on a wide range of specialist deals including pharmacy, petrol forecourt and hotel transactions.
