Beckie is a trainee solicitor in the commercial property team based in Cardiff. She completed her law undergraduate degree in July 2022, before joining Clarke Willmott the following September as a paralegal, subsequently starting her training contract in July 2024.
Beckie has experience in a range of commercial property matters, acting for clients such as, registered providers/registered social landlords, lending institutions and commercial landlords.
Experience
- Assisting with full property due diligence including reviewing title, planning matters and searches;
- Acting for clients on acquiring and disposing of commercial property,
- Preparing Certificates of Title and Reports on Title.
