Alex is a commercial property partner specialising in advising corporate occupiers. Alex has vast experience advising the biggest names in retail on their retail portfolios, as well as advising corporate occupiers on their industrial and office requirements including head office and distribution warehouse acquisitions, disposals and relocations. Alex’s experience also spans the energy sector, advising in particular on solar panel schemes.

Alex’s edge is her combination of top-tier private practice experience as well as time spent in-house with large retailers.   • Acting for a corporate occupier in respect of their acquisition of a site at a rent of £1.6m per annum.
  • Acting for a bank on their London head office relocation at a rent of £1.5m per annum.
  • Acting for a retailer on their office premises acquisition in London at a rent of £3.5m per annum.
  • New build retail premises, development agreement acting for the retailer with turnover rent lease and minimum rent of £500k per annum.
  • Advising clients in relation to solar panel projects.
