Aidan provides corporate expertise and support on a variety of transaction types, including the preparation of documents, the negotiation of terms and assisting with the management of the transaction team.
Aidan joined the corporate and commercial team in 2023 having worked at several national and international firms. He assists business and individuals with their corporate legal requirements, including acquiring new businesses, disposing of shares and advising on investment terms. Aidan has worked with a wide array of clients, including those based in the manufacturing, property and technology sectors.
