To coincide with ASB Awareness week, running Monday 30 June to Friday 4 July, our specialist Housing Management solicitors will be discussing four key themes in helping to #MakeCommunitiesSafer:
- Ways to ensure victims of ASB are fully supported with reference to the legal toolkit available to Registered providers.
- Discussing the long Court delays encountered at some Courts and how to curtail these where possible.
- A discussion around Resolve’s proposed national Information Sharing Agreement and how this could impact Registered Providers.
- Working with victims of anti-social behaviour to ensure that they are able to report ASB as swiftly and easily as possible.
