Making Communities Safer: ASB Webinar

About the event

Clarke Willmott LLP is delighted to host ‘Making Communities Safer: ASB webinar’ which is taking place on Friday 4 July 2025 at 10:00am.

What will be covered?

To coincide with ASB Awareness week, running Monday 30 June to Friday 4 July, our specialist Housing Management solicitors will be discussing four key themes in helping to #MakeCommunitiesSafer:

  1. Ways to ensure victims of ASB are fully supported with reference to the legal toolkit available to Registered providers.
  2. Discussing the long Court delays encountered at some Courts and how to curtail these where possible.
  3. A discussion around Resolve’s proposed national Information Sharing Agreement and how this could impact Registered Providers.
  4. Working with victims of anti-social behaviour to ensure that they are able to report ASB as swiftly and easily as possible.

Why attend?

By attending our interactive webinar you will have the opportunity to:

  • Learn more about Resolve’s “key asks” during ASB Awareness Week.
  • Hear from our Housing Management experts who will discuss the existing legal toolkit available to Registered Providers and how these can be utilised to implement Resolve’s 4 “key asks”.
  • Share your practical, on the ground experiences with peers.
