- Oliver Pooley and Tracy Arch, patent and trade mark partners at Barker Brettell, will explain the different types of IP, how they are relevant to your business, and how to apply for IP protection.
- Stephen Green, commercial partner at Clarke Willmott, will provide an overview of exploiting your intellectual property – such as selling, transferring/assigning and licensing your intellectual property rights
- John Flint and David Stedman, commercial dispute partners at Clarke Willmott, will lead a discussion on how to enforce your IP rights, including injunctive relief, breach of contract, receiving confidential information and procuring a breach of contract.
