Failing to Prevent Fraud roundtable
Sharing Learning and Reducing Risk
Please join us at our roundtable event: Failing to Prevent Fraud: Sharing Learning and Reducing Risk, which is taking place on Wednesday 15 October 2025 at 8:00am.
About this event
At this roundtable, we will be conducting a conversation surrounding:
- An overview of ECCTA 2023 requirements – what does it all mean?
- Themes and trends
- Likely approaches to enforcement
- Government Guidance: What did it cover and has it evolved in recent months?
We will then break up into smaller groups to discuss areas of concern, your organisation’s approach, an assessment of the level of risk going forward and to share learning about the emphasis or content of policies, procedures and fraud controls.
There will also be valuable networking opportunities with other business leaders over a hot breakfast selection and refreshments.
Who should attend?
This event will offer vital learnings to leaders of organisations which meet at least two of the following criteria and thus will be affected by the new offences aimed at preventing corporate fraud coming into force in September 2025: over 250 employees, £36 million turnover or £18 million in assets.
