We have an exciting opportunity for an established commercial property lawyer to join our national property division, specialising in the Electronic Communications code as well as undertaking general commercial property work.

Most of our people choose to work in a hybrid fashion, working from home and attending our offices on occasion. Our offices are in Bristol, Birmingham,  Cardiff, London, Manchester, Southampton, and Taunton.

Day to day, you’ll be successful in this role by:

Our national commercial property division has a presence in all seven of our offices and consists of approximately 96 fee earners and support staff.  Nationally, we have 33 well-regarded Partners, and we are continuing to grow.

Highly regarded in all regions, we act exclusively for landowners against the main code operators and have advised on telecoms issues for many years. Our telecoms practice has a national reach, attracting clients from all over the country. We have been involved in some of the most significant telecoms cases since the new code and we are focussed on getting the best results for our clients.

We are looking for an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to work with us.  This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and varied work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set.

We will support and actively encourage you to get involved in business development activities and become embedded into your client sectors as well as nurturing and extending existing client relationships.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.

We would like you to have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience gained with a leading property practice. However, if you have less than 5 years, do not let that put you off applying as we are willing to consider candidates with slightly less post qualification experience.

You will be able to demonstrate a strong intellect, evidenced with a high level of academic achievement, and be someone who shows initiative, drive, and excellent organisation skills.

We expect you to be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others. You will be eager to learn, develop and hone your skills to take advantage of the opportunities for career development.
