Two new corporate lawyers have joined the Southampton office of national law firm Clarke Willmott LLP, significantly strengthening the team.

Marc Shevlin joins the firm from Russell-Cooke while Dean Outten joins from Isadore Goldman.

Marc brings a commercially astute approach shaped by his experience with SMEs, start-ups, and larger businesses, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder arrangements, and corporate governance. Dean complements the team with his extensive experience in M&A, share capital work, and corporate advisory, alongside a commitment to mentoring future legal professionals.
