Property Litigation Partner – Manchester
An opportunity for an established senior property litigator ideally with a following to join and help to lead our highly successful team in the North West.

We are one of the largest property litigation teams in the UK and are consistently ranked highly by both Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. With a national presence, our property litigation team is led by six partners and is further supported by four senior associates, six solicitors, three paralegals and support staff.
The team are looking to recruit a partner who has an extensive property litigation background gained from either a leading firm or a regional practice.
The successful candidate must be technically excellent but equally important, commercially aware. We are looking for someone who has strong client links and preferably a guaranteed following. However, if you have strong business development skills, the experience and confidence to develop and build business from existing clients as well as attracting new clients from other areas of practice across the firm and the wider business community, we would love to hear from you.
You will be a team player with excellent communication skills and drive. We undertake high quality, high profile and complex work. There is opportunity to be involved in business development and help shape the direction of the team moving forwards.

It is an integral part of this role that you comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
With at least ten years of post-qualification experience, you will have established strong client relationships within the North West and ideally have a following. You will have developed strong business development skills and have a vision about how to grow your practice.
You will need to be a team player with a client-focused approach and a keenness to become involved in business development activities within the team as a whole, having built up strong professional connections.
