This conference will provide practical advice on how to support brain injury survivors, their families and loved ones in a variety of real life situations including the following:

  • Marriage and relationships – capacity to marry; relationship breakdown and divorce
  • Maintaining contact with children after relationship breakdown
  • Wills and Statutory Wills – how to support a client through the process
  • Statutory Support – how to deal with the Care Act
  • How should employers support a return to work, and what to do if they do not comply
  • Criminal Justice – how should the system deal with brain injury survivors
