APIL calls for reform on bereavement damages and psychiatric injury

The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (‘APIL’)The Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (‘APIL’) has produced a short film to highlight the unfairness with which families of people who are injured or killed are treated by the law in England and Wales, and call for reform of the law on bereavement damages and psychiatric injury.
