- Injunction – Represented a Housing Association within without notice injunction proceedings. Injunction order was granted with power of arrest which included a clause excluding the Defendant from entering an area surrounding the Housing Association’s offices. The exclusion was granted to protect the Housing Associations’ employees.
- Advocacy- Attended the County Court to conduct advocacy within without notice injunction proceedings. A without notice injunction order with power of arrest was granted which the Defendant subsequently breached. Later, attended the County Court to conduct advocacy within the committal proceedings.
- Possession- Advised on and secured a possession order against a trespasser claiming to have a right of succession to a deceased family member’s tenancy. Upon gathering robust evidence, the court was convinced that the Defendant had not resided as the property for the required period of one year prior to the tenant’s death.
